Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through meisab.com and offerings sold by Meisa Bonelli (Meisa B.), Ops & Co and Ops & Co Media.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products are final and must be downloaded within 24 hours of purchase. 

This includes, without limitation:

  • PDF downloads

  • audio briefings

  • podcasts

  • digital guides

  • templates

  • toolkits

  • educational downloads

  • recorded content

  • similar digital materials

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued unless required by applicable law.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships and subscription offerings may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods, unused access time, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Professional Services

Consulting, executive operations advisory, applied AI enablement, leadership training, executive education, narrative strategy, media services, and related professional engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

Any refund rights, deposits, retainers, cancellation terms, and payment obligations are governed exclusively by those signed agreements.

Events/Live Programs

If a live event, workshop, or program is canceled by us, we may provide either:

  • a partial refund due to the circumstances, or

  • a credit toward a future offering

at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If a purchaser cancels participation, refunds are only available where expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks relating to valid purchases will result in access suspension and account restrictions.
