Applied AI Enablement - EDU

Meisa’s Approach

Meisa’s approach to applied AI enablement focuses on helping educational institutions build sustainable AI capabilities across leadership, faculty, staff, and students. Rather than teaching a single tool, she develops practical frameworks, playbooks, and workflows that can be applied across multiple AI models and adapt as technology evolves.

The goal is simple: create institutions where AI enhances learning, strengthens operations, and prepares students for the realities of an AI-enabled workforce.

Teacher & Staff Playbooks

Faculty and staff receive practical training focused on integrating AI into existing responsibilities while maintaining educational quality and streamline workflows.

Areas of focus include:

  • AI-assisted lesson planning and curriculum development

  • Student feedback and grading workflows

  • Administrative efficiency and workflow optimization

  • Responsible AI use, governance, and ethics

  • Custom prompting frameworks that work across multiple AI platforms

  • Communication, documentation, and operational productivity

Student Playbooks

Students are taught foundational AI competencies that will remain valuable regardless of how technology changes over time.

Areas of focus include:

  • Vocabulary development to strengthen communication and prompting skills

  • Prompt engineering fundamentals

  • Ethical AI use and academic integrity

  • Building original prompts and independent thinking skills

  • Developing transferable AI competencies

  • Understanding when AI should support learning and when critical thinking must remain human-led

  • Research, analysis, and information evaluation skills

Partnership Structure

Engagements are designed to provide both strategic leadership support and practical implementation.

Most school partnerships include one on-site visit per week (2.5 hours) and are delivered through two integrated service lines:

Chief of Staff Advisory

Strategic support for school leaders focused on execution, planning, operational effectiveness, and school alignment.

AI Enablement

Training, playbook development, implementation support, and workforce readiness programming for faculty, staff, and students.

Long-Term Vision

Meisa believes students should graduate with more than technical proficiency.

They should graduate with adaptability. Communication skills. Critical-thinking ability. And the AI fluency necessary to succeed in an increasingly technology-enabled workforce.

Meisa’s work helps schools build environments where technology enhances learning, where educators use technology to successfully manage competing demands, and where students learn how to think with AI—not instead of thinking.
